We make the product more competitive with utilizing the existing development properties usefully.
In addition to keeping the existing and unchangeable functions & properties such as the system interface and the size we redesign the product in order to prolong the product life or revitalize an aged product so that it can become more powerful.
We have the following actual case which we have solved the customer’s problem.
When the design base data such as the relating circuit diagrams were not available because of the engineer’s retirement or any other reason, we have achieved the revitalization of a compatible product by our reverse engineering of an aged product.
Problems and Requirements
- The production of final product is unable to continue due to EOL(Discontinuation) of electronic devices.
- The total cost curtailment is required by integrating several types of products or parts.
- Engineering resources are not enough to achieve a new product development.
- A quick product development is required.

- Vacuum Pump Controllers(Many Electronic Devices are unavailable due to EOL)
We make a new concept proposal for customer’s task to minimize the product size and cost by use of the newest technology. - Traffic Signal Equipment(CPU / Main Electronic Devices’ EOL)
In addition to keeping the product compatibility and the same quality as the existing product, we achieve to curtail the product cost by proposing new circuit consisting of new electronic devices.
Furthermore, we propose to unify the several dedicated PCBs which are used in each and every type of product so that we can reduce the parts inventory and curtail the total cost. - Drug Machine / PCB Revitalization(Electronic device EOL and no availability of alternative device caused inability of maintenance.)
Our circuit simulation enabled to design an equivalent circuit which achieved the compatibility with the existing product and the solution of maintenance.
